The night mode LCD setting is an alternative for use in night time or low lighting conditions. The glass is scratch resistant to protect from cracks and scratches.

The F7000 series can record incoming and outgoing communications, and replay recorded communications. Add a 32GB microSD card and record up to 500 hours. The recorded audio is saved in "wav" format and allows user to replay on the radio or a PC. Users can optionally overwrite first call in first call out, if the card is full. The recording captures timestamp and individual or group ID. Unit ID is captured on individually calls and group ID is captured on group calls. Users can also scroll to playback calls on the radio.

For emergency situations the F7000 series includes an emergency button and five emergency functions: man down, motion detection, stationary detection, lone worker and power OFF emergency. The motion/stationary sensor sensitivity level is programmable in 10 levels for each function.

The F7500 series mobiles allows the user to configure the radio three ways to suit almost any application or installation requirement. The intercom function is available between controllers and/or COMMANDMIC.

The new COMMANDMIC is an identical physical layout and user interface as the F7010. By installing in into a vehicle it allows a secondary remote control of the F7500.

With the consideration of today’s public safety vehicles, the F9511/F9521 heavy duty mobile radios provide several options for installation and power. The F9511/F9521 heavy duty mobile radios offer both analog conventional and P25 digital conventional operation. Add the P25 trunked option to operate on local, regional or statewide P25 systems.  Typical under-dash mounting along with remote mount configurations are available to allow efficient placement and use of the radio. The 110W high power VHF version provides the power required for rural and remote operation. A water resistant rating of IP54 for the control head means that the occasional or required cleaning of the vehicle interior is protected. Assignable function buttons, with customizable backlit covers allow flexibility of user functions and quick access to them. The conventional voting mode scan detects the signal strength level of repeater stations and automatically selects the strongest station, useful for roaming between two or more repeater sites. After programing the voting mode to a memory zone, the user can easily start voting mode operation by changing the zone setting.

Interoperability

Conforms to the standard specifications for TIA/EIA TSB-102, CAAB, Digital C4FM Transceiver Performance Recommendations and provides interoperability with other brand P25 equipment for public safety applications. The F9011 series is P25 CAP Compliant on the DHS website and more information can be found on the FirstResponders.gov site.

Digital/Analog mixed mode operations

Mixed mode operation allows users to detect and receive both analog FM and P25 digital modes and to transmit either mode depending on programming.

Individual ID and talkgroup ID

Provides 100 individual ID and 250 talkgroup ID memories. Use the display to visually select the person or group to call.

Encryption options

AES and/or DES encryption keeps conversations secure AES or DES encryption unit. A FIPS AES board is certified to FIPS 140-2 for optimal secure communications.

OTAR (Over-the-Air-Rekeying)

Supports P25 OTAR for changing encryption keys over the air.

Enhanced Vocoder ready

ATG (Announcement talkback group)

Call a large group of groups on a trunking network. Dispatcher can hear replies when radios respond to an announcement group call.

ESN programming

Save ESN’s in a cloning file to only allow approved radios on trunking systems.

The dual priority scan monitors two primary channels alternately, while scanning other channels. The mode dependent scan function automatically changes the scan list according to the operating channel. The talk back function with timer beep, TC channel and cancel channel settings allow you to preset the transmission channel when you push the PTT button during scanning operation or cancel the scanning.
